Lily Darragh Harty

Lily Darragh Harty is a film and television producer known for her love of physical production. She began her career as a 1st AD and later worked in production and safety management with major studios such as ABC, FX, and MGM. After gaining strong experience on the studio side, she moved into independent producing, where she had more direct ownership over the projects she brought to life.

 

As a producer, her commercial work includes projects for Telus, Westbank, Goh Ballet, and Children's Hospital of Los Angeles, and her wide range of short films have screened at festivals internationally.

Drawn to a more significant role in the production environment, she transitioned from the producing side back to the studio side, taking on executive roles overseeing production across a slate of projects.

 

She currently leads original production for Inkitt's microdrama platform, CandyJar, overseeing each series from development through delivery and managing budgeting, scheduling, and cross-functional workflows.
